Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 27 July 2026

At April, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your tumbler is processed, dispatched and delivered as safely and efficiently as possible.

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from China through third-party fulfilment providers, warehouses and delivery partners. We use tracked international shipping services for orders delivered to Australia.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time and may include:

- confirming the order and payment;
- preparing the order for fulfilment;
- packing the product; and
- handing the parcel to the international delivery provider.

Business days do not generally include weekends or public holidays observed by the relevant fulfilment provider.

Processing may occasionally take longer where there is:

- an incomplete or invalid delivery address;
- a payment or fraud-verification issue;
- a temporary stock issue;
- unusually high order volume;
- a public holiday;
- a legal or regulatory restriction; or
- another circumstance outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a material processing problem, we will take reasonable steps to contact you or provide an appropriate update.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, most orders delivered to Australia are expected to arrive within approximately 4 to 11 days.

A smaller number of orders may take 12 days or longer.

These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state in writing that a particular delivery date is guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances including:

- the delivery destination;
- regional or remote Australian addresses;
- transfers between international and local carriers;
- carrier processing delays;
- customs or border processing;
- peak shopping periods;
- public holidays;
- severe weather;
- transport disruption;
- government action; or
- other events outside our reasonable control.

The processing period of 1 to 3 business days must be added before the estimated delivery period begins.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order after the parcel has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available.

Tracking may transfer between an international delivery provider and a local Australian carrier. In some cases, a separate local tracking number may be issued.

Tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear while a parcel is:

- being processed by the carrier;
- in international transit;
- undergoing customs processing; or
- being transferred between carriers.

A delay in a tracking update does not automatically mean that the parcel has been lost.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring available tracking information after dispatch.

4. SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer FREE Standard Tracked Shipping to eligible Australian delivery addresses.

Where free standard tracked shipping applies, no separate standard shipping charge will be collected by us.

If another shipping service or charge is offered, the applicable amount and delivery estimate will be displayed before you submit the order.

Promotional shipping offers may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. A change will not retrospectively add a shipping charge to an order that we have already accepted with free shipping.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including your:

- recipient name;
- delivery address;
- suburb;
- state or territory;
- postcode;
- email address; and
- telephone number.

Please check this information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at:

april.official.support@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before warehouse processing begins. However, an address change, redirection or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing, packing or dispatch has started.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES, REFUSED DELIVERY AND UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

You must monitor available tracking information and reasonably cooperate with:

- the international carrier;
- the local Australian carrier;
- the local delivery office;
- an authorised collection point; and
- customs authorities.

Reasonable cooperation may include:

- providing requested delivery information;
- arranging redelivery;
- collecting the parcel within the stated collection period; and
- completing lawful customs-clearance requirements.

Where a delivery failure, parcel return or additional cost is directly caused by:

- an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you;
- an incorrect recipient name;
- an unknown recipient caused by inaccurate information;
- refusing delivery;
- failing to collect the parcel within the carrier’s collection period;
- failing to provide reasonably required customs information; or
- another unreasonable failure to cooperate within your control,

we are not required to provide a free replacement or cover costs directly caused by that action or omission, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Where operationally available, we may offer:

- redelivery after payment of the actual reasonable redelivery cost;
- store credit; or
- a refund less reasonable, directly incurred and non-recoverable shipping, return or handling costs caused by your action or omission.

Any deduction or condition must:

- be legally permitted;
- reflect actual reasonable costs; and
- not be disproportionate.

This section does not apply where the carrier delivered the parcel to the wrong address, failed to follow authorised delivery instructions or otherwise caused the delivery failure.

7. DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Please contact us if:

- your tracking information has not updated for an extended period;
- tracking displays a delivery problem or alert; or
- your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period.

We may reasonably ask you to:

- review the latest tracking information;
- check whether a local tracking number has been issued;
- contact the local carrier or delivery office;
- check whether the parcel is waiting at a collection point;
- check with household members, neighbours, reception or building management; and
- check any authorised safe place.

We may ask you to allow a reasonable period for the fulfilment provider and carrier to investigate.

If an unexpected event outside our reasonable control causes a delay, we will provide reasonable updates and, where appropriate, an opportunity for the order to be delivered within a reasonable additional period.

If we cannot supply the order within:

- the period promised to you; or
- where no firm period was promised, a reasonable time,

we will provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

- continued delivery within an agreed additional period;
- a replacement; or
- a refund.

A waiting period, exclusion or refusal under a supplier, fulfilment provider, carrier or insurer policy does not by itself remove any right you have against April under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT THE PARCEL CANNOT BE FOUND

If tracking shows that your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly.

Before contacting us, please check:

- with household members;
- with neighbours;
- with reception or building management;
- any authorised safe place;
- the collection point or delivery location shown in tracking; and
- with the local carrier or delivery office.

We may reasonably ask you to:

- open a carrier investigation;
- provide a carrier case reference;
- provide a written non-receipt declaration; or
- obtain written non-delivery confirmation where reasonably available.

We will assess all reasonably available evidence, including:

- the complete tracking history;
- delivery photographs;
- signatures;
- delivery coordinates;
- safe-place authorisations;
- collection-point records;
- carrier statements; and
- the information you provide.

A delivered tracking scan alone is not necessarily conclusive.

Equally, a statement of non-receipt does not automatically establish that a parcel was lost where reliable evidence shows that it was delivered in accordance with the address and delivery instructions authorised by you.

Where reliable evidence confirms delivery to the address supplied by you and in accordance with the delivery instructions you authorised, we may decline a non-delivery claim, subject to applicable law.

If the available evidence confirms loss, misdelivery or another delivery failure for which you are not responsible, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

9. CUSTOMS, IMPORT AND HANDLING REQUESTS

You must reasonably cooperate with any lawful information request required for customs clearance or delivery.

If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly asks you to pay an import, customs, tax or handling charge, contact us before making payment so that we can investigate.

Do not ignore a lawful customs or carrier request, as this may delay the parcel or cause it to be returned.

Where a parcel is delayed, returned or not delivered because you unreasonably failed to provide required customs information or refused to cooperate with a lawful clearance request, Section 6 of this Policy may apply.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Please request any:

- order cancellation;
- address correction;
- colour or variant change;
- quantity change; or
- other order amendment

as soon as possible after placing the order.

Send the request to:

april.official.support@gmail.com

Please include your order number.

If warehouse processing has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel or amend the order.

If we successfully cancel the complete order before processing, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Once warehouse processing, packing or dispatch has started, we may be unable to cancel, amend, redirect or recall the order.

Further information is available in our Terms of Service and Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS

This Shipping Policy does not replace our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy.

If your product arrives:

- faulty;
- unsafe;
- materially damaged;
- incorrect;
- incomplete; or
- materially different from its description,

contact us at:

april.official.support@gmail.com

Do not return a product to our registered office, a supplier, fulfilment provider or warehouse unless we have expressly authorised the exact return address and instructions in writing.

Your rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, delayed or undelivered orders are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds merely because you changed your mind, subject always to any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
